Osamu Ishitani

Osamu Ishitani is Professor of Chemistry at Tokyo Institute of Technology. Main scientific targets of his group are photocatalytic CO2 reduction, photo-functional metal complexes, and artificial photosynthesis. He served/has served as President of the Japanese Photochemical Association, Vice Presidents of the Chemical Society of Japan and of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry, Asian Editor of Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology A: Photochemistry, and FRSC.
